The unit is the main core business of the institution as it trains pastors for both locally and internationally established churches in the 168 states and nations that ZAOGA FIFMI is now established in and the nations and states that are yet to be added. It also provides training to chaplains in Zimbabwe. The student pastors complete modules such as Pastoral Counselling, Missions, Bible Synthesis, Child Evangelism, Ethics and Etiquette, Pneumatology, Property Management and many more.
