Poultry
Our desire is and has always been for the College to become a leading innovative pastoral international training institution and service provision that is responsive to the development of spiritual and human needs across the globe; with the aim to see the institution being self- sustainable with minimum external support. In line with this one of the projects we undertake at AMFC College is poultry.
In 2023 alone we managed to breed over 8,100 chickens in 8 batches. The team of students are responsible for the birds which in itself acts as a self-development program for the College. The birds are sold to the AMFCC community and various businesses and individuals across the country. The College also currently has 37 turkeys. The team responsible for the turkeys has also taken great care of them to date.
