International student applicant is required to submit the following documents for the application process physically at AMFFC or click here for online application:
1. Application letter which s/he must sign
2. Recommendation letter from sponsoring nation or province committing to pay fees for the applicant.
3. Certified copies of:
a. birth certificate
b. passport page with biodata
c. marriage certificate where applicable
d. academic and professional qualifications
e. personal testimony focusing on salvation, water baptism, Holy Spirit baptism and the call of God
f. application fee of US$20 (non-refundable)
g. medical exam fee of US$25
h. school fees.
4.police clearance,
5.radiological report and
6.proof of residency.
